Are there onsite staff?

The Resident Services team will be on-site in the Hub six days a week (Monday to Saturday) to help with the move-in process, answer questions, receive packages, and organise events. The Hub’s permanent home will be in Bridge Court but, in the meantime, stop by the temporary space in Webb Court to say hello.

When will the building be ready?

Bow Square is being delivered in three phases. Squire Court and Webb Court will be the first to complete in October this year. Bridge Court, on the corner of Bernard Street and Queensway, will complete next summer and Exchange Court will follow shortly after in October 2018.

Do the apartments come with furnishings?

Apartments at Bow Square are offered unfurnished however residents can hire furniture. Room Service have put together various packages to make life easy or you can pick and choose exactly what you need. Further information can be found here.

What is included in the monthly rent?

Residents have access to all of the on-site facilities and services including the gym, the residents’ lounge, parcel collection, an outdoor BBQ area and the dedicated Bow Square Resident Services team. The team can help organise utilities and broadband however these items, along with council tax, are not included in the monthly rents.

Does the apartment come with broadband?

Internet service is not included in the rent although each apartment has fibre installed and residents have a selection of four service providers to choose from.

When can I move in?

Squire Court and Webb Court will be the first homes ready in early October 2017. Register your interest here and we’ll let you know when to start packing!

When will the gym be ready?

The gym and residents’ lounge are located in Bridge Court which is completing in the summer of 2018.

Is there a reservation fee?

There is a £150 reservation charge per applicant but this is paid towards the first months’ rent when a lease is signed.

What is the length of the tenancy?

Our minimum term is 6 months however we understand that one size doesn’t always fit all and are happy to discuss longer tenancies to suit your needs.

Is there car parking?

Yes, we have off road surface and underground car parking which can be rented at additional charge. Underground parking will be available from Summer 2018.

Can I hang things like pictures and shelves on the walls?

Absolutely. You’re welcome to hang lightweight pictures on the walls and for anything larger, our on-site maintenance team can sort out the fixings. Please speak to Resident Services for more details.
